Letting go of expectations, getting out of my head and having fun doing something completely different - with two women I love spending time with. Experiencing the shift from feeling pretty anxious and low energy because of life stuff that I'd been dealing with, to lightening up, putting it to one side for a time and coming back to myself.

Hi, I’m Jules.
Over the years I’ve worked with so many women - introverts, overthinkers, big feelers, busy mums, business owners - and almost every one of them arrived carrying the same quiet belief:
that they weren’t enough ....
Not photogenic enough, not confident enough,
not expressive enough.
But what I’ve learned is this: when a woman feels held, seen and supported, something shifts.
She softens.
She opens up & relaxes.
She begins to remember who she is beneath all the roles she carries.
I created FLOURISH as a calm, expressive, empowering space for that shift to happen.
A place where confidence isn’t forced - it grows naturally through breath, gentleness, movement and honest connection.
My mission is simple:
To help women recognise themselves again and
reconnect with the truth of who they really are.
